Pinetucky is all that and more!
Pinetucky has a fully equipped N.R.A. approved state-of-the-art Pistol range. This facility will amaze you with its ability to provide just about every type of pistol shooting you can imagine. Our pistol range offers 24 firing points at both 25 and 50 meters. The turning targets are timer controlled and driven by electric motors. The range is modified for practical pistol shooting. As with the rifle range, the firing points are fully covered and the range is baffled for safety. Competitions are held on a regular basis to include Bullseye and International matches to test your skill with the southeast's best shooters.
Pistol range is open to the public 12 - 4:30 PM Saturday & Sunday
Cost is $20 per person / day for non-members
Pinetucky has a fully equipped modern rifle range.
The rifle range offers 12 concrete benches at a distance up to 100 meters. The firing points are fully covered and the range is baffled for safety. We are proud to have hosted several International Olympic shooting teams for training prior to the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

Pinetucky regularly hosts several kinds of action shooting competitions.
US Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), is the American arm of IPSC, International Practical Shooting Confederation, which originated as combat with a handgun. It has evolved into an active, fun shooting sport for centerfire handguns and pistol caliber carbines with less emphasis on serious defensive training. Courses of fire involve moving and shooting at multiple stationary or moving targets, around barricades, and on-the-fly reloads. Speed, accuracy and power all matter. Monthly, 3rd Saturdays
Steel Challenge Shooting Association (SCSA): is a straightforward speed contest. Competitors run multiple, timed strings of fire at steel plates at distances up to 35 yards. Steel Challenge is mostly stationary, and is a great introduction to shooting sports for new shooters and families. Many divisions do *not* require draw from a holster. Rimfire pistols and rifles are welcome, along with centerfire pistols and pistol caliber carbines.
Monthly, 1st Saturdays
National Rifle League.22: is a gateway to precision long rifle competitions (NRL or PRS). Designed to be extremely fun for beginners, youth, and seasoned shooters alike. Tiny targets on a relatively short (under 100yd) range simulate long range accuracy challenges from a variety of shooting positions.
Other occasional matches:
Outlaw multigun matches, generally following USPSA Multigun
guidelines for stages using, pistol, rifle and/or shotgun.
International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts (ICORE),
a practical style sport just for revolvers.
Practical Police Combat (PPC), a police training/qualification type of match, normally done on a “turning target” system where many people shoot at the same time. Based on accuracy, with generous times allowed to shoot the courses of fire.

Enjoy the 5 Stand as a warm-up for our main sporting clays course or just shoot it alone. Either way, you'll find the 5 Stand enjoyable and challenging.
Pinetucky Gun Club now uses the Promatic Electronic Card System for all of it's clay target stations: Skeet / Trap / 5-Stand / Sporting Clays Course. If you have not been to visit us in awhile, come shoot our newly refined stations where we employ the latest technology in automated clay target machines and card readers.
If you have a machine that is breaking targets PLEASE STOP and let us know immediately.
Throwing more targets will NOT clear or fix the machine.
We'll be happy to replace or discount a few targets for a shooter.
